These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase of products from our online store, and apply to all orders placed by customers. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase. By purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We strive to provide accurate inventory information, but availability may change at any time. HypestrikeNg reserves the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items and will notify customers in such cases.

2. Pricing

All prices listed on the site are in various currencies and include VAT where applicable. Prices may be subject to change without notice. If there is an error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you in full, even if the order has been confirmed.

3. Order Processing & Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email does not signify acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, including those that contain incorrect pricing or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Orders are considered confirmed once you receive a shipping confirmation email.

4. Payment Terms

We accept major credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and other payment methods specified on the site. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. If payment is unsuccessful, your order will not be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. HypestrikeNg is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processing for international orders. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the product.

6. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customs duties, and taxes are your responsibility. These fees may be charged once the package reaches your country. Please check your local customs policies before placing an order. HypestrikeNg is not responsible for customs delays or seizures.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at Hypestrikeng@gmail.com for instructions. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes or claims arising from your use of our site or products shall be resolved in the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.
